Mikyung Yeom

Mikyung Yeom (b. 1970) is the designer and founder of THE YEOM. After ten years working for major Korean fashion brands, she moved to Berlin in 2002 and has spent over two decades in Europe, working as a designer and creative director for global brands including AKRIS, HUGO BOSS, and Red Bull. Through THE YEOM, launched for Spring/Summer 2024 and made entirely in Seoul from Korean materials, she expresses her long-held love of clothing and respect for those who make it, building seasonless, sustainably minded collections she calls "wearable haute couture."
