Kong Ki Pyung Solo Exhibition: I Like Pizza - Utopia

The works of Kong Kipyung have changed from darkness and heaviness to brightness and lightness since the FunnyFunny series. Especially the Pizza Series describe a variety of images on pizza, one of the symbolic foods of modern capitalism, letting us ponder our present selves — the inevitability that we, tamed by capitalism, could dream of paradise at this very place and have no other choice.
