Klee Ung

Klee Ung expresses the deep personality hidden within the human interior through "the shape of the mask," borrowing familiar cartoon characters whose laughter and tears stand in for the ways people conceal their true selves and wounds. Solo exhibitions include "Portrait of a Character" at Soohoh Gallery (2021) and shows at Gallery ilho, Gallery Nut, and Art Space Grove, alongside numerous group exhibitions and open-call artist selections since 2019. Work is held in the collections of Daegu City Hall and Namsong Museum of Art, among private collections.
