Jihun Lee

Jihun Lee (b. 1989) paints the fleeting blue of cities at dawn and dusk in his ongoing "TIMESLIP-bluehour" series, using bridges, buildings, moons and airplanes as symbols of connection, change, ideal worlds and hope. He has held 18 solo exhibitions since 2014 across Seoul, Busan, Ulsan, Daegu and Changwon, received the Busan Art Exhibition Excellence Award (2023), and his work is held in collections including the Changwon City Art Museum and the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Korea.
