Tae Joong Kim
김태중

Tae Joong Kim builds up canvases with acrylic paint and drawn lines of PLA filament, a practice the artist describes as "fishing" fleeting emotions from everyday life rather than deliberately staging a scene. He studied printmaking (BFA, MFA) at Hongik University and has exhibited widely since 2001, with solo and group shows including Lotte Gallery, Kana Art Center, Seoul Art Space Ilhwa, and international presentations in Tokyo, New York, Hong Kong and Madrid.
