Junsu Kim

Junsu Kim (b. 1982) treats painting's most notable contemporary possibility as its clear identity as a distinguishable commodity, openly exploring the artist's desire to sell work rather than concealing it. He believes his paintings first serve to fill a wall and decorate a space, and that he confirms his own existence through fair pricing and mutual exchange with buyers. He holds a BFA in digital media design from Hongik University and an MFA in painting from the Academy of Art University.
