Choi Seonju

Choi Seonju's work explores questions of the afterlife and utopia through digital photo collage mixed with classical painting technique, moving from investigations of desire toward reflections on longing for an eternal paradise. She graduated from Hongik University's printmaking department (BFA, MFA) and is pursuing a PhD in painting, and has held nine solo exhibitions, including at Soohoh Gallery (2018) and Insa Art Space (2017).
