Choi Ji-hyeon

Choi Ji-hyeon assembles paintings from many small sculptural pieces, each unremarkable alone, that combine organically into varied shapes and colors — much as fragments of daily life accumulate into a single self. She holds an MFA in Oriental painting from Hongik University's graduate school, and has held solo exhibitions including "Where Are You?" (Minari House, Seoul, 2019) and "A Belief in Your Uniqueness" (KAIST Gallery, Seoul, 2020), alongside group shows at Suhoh Gallery, Hwarang Art Fair and Hong Kong Harbour Hotel Art Fair.
